We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software on devices you own or control, subject to these terms and the rules of the store where you obtained it.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the software, interfere with its operation, attempt to bypass purchase or access controls, use it to violate the law or another person’s rights, or redistribute it except where expressly permitted.
Purchases and subscriptions
Some apps may offer subscriptions or one-time purchases. The price, billing period, renewal terms, and available features are shown in the app and App Store before purchase. Apple administers payment, cancellation, refunds, and applicable family-sharing eligibility.
Platforms and third-party services
Some functions depend on Apple services, operating systems, networks, or other third-party software. Those services may change or become unavailable and are governed by their own terms.
Availability and responsibility
We work to keep our software useful and reliable, but it is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation and are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss.
