PRIVACY

Privacy,
in plain language.

Our software is designed to work without an account and without sending your usage data to our own servers.

Effective: July 24, 2026

Scope

This policy applies to software and support services provided under the Qiya name. It explains what information is involved when you use our apps, make an App Store purchase, or contact support.

No account or usage tracking

Our apps do not require you to create an account. We do not operate our own analytics service or collect your app usage, browsing activity, documents, or other content through our own servers.

Information stored on your device

An app may store its settings, preferences, rules, history, or other information needed for its features on your device. You control this local information and can remove it using the app’s controls, by deleting its data, or by uninstalling the app.

App Store purchases

Purchases are processed by Apple. Our apps may receive product and entitlement information needed to unlock features or restore a purchase. We do not receive your full payment-card details. Apple’s own privacy policy governs information processed by Apple.

Messages sent to support

If you contact us, we receive the email address, message, and attachments you choose to provide. We use that information only to reply, investigate the issue, keep necessary support records, and prevent abuse. We do not sell personal information.

Retention and your choices

Support messages are kept only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes above or to meet legal obligations. You may ask us to delete a support conversation, subject to any information we must retain by law.

Changes and contact

We may update this policy if our products or legal obligations change. A revised policy will show a new effective date. For privacy questions or deletion requests, contact:
